To place advertisements in The
Daily, come to the second floor of
the Student Publications building.
Deadlines for The Daily paper and
Sports Monday are 2:30 p.m., three
working days before publication.
The Weekend Magazine deadline is
at 2:30 p.m., one week before publi-
cation. Call us at 764-0554 for more
information about rates.
Our staff of 18 Account Execu-
tives service more than 30 accounts
each. Eleven Assistant Account
Executives work closely with Ac-
count Executives to design adver-
tisements, handle walk-in business,
and research area accounts.
We will be accepting applications
for spring/summer and fall positions
in late February.

Production isthe last stop before
TheDaily goesto press. We employ
2 Production Managers and 2 Pro-
duction Assistants to keep the sys-
tem running smoothly. The day-time
staff builds the classified page and
display ads, creates graphics, and
makes photostatic copies.
The evening Production Manager

ART/PHOTOGRAPHY
The Photo staff is responsible for
photographing stories forthe News,
Sports, Arts, Opinion, and Weekend
departments. There are two editors
and 10 staffers. Although we have
finished hiring for this semester, we
hold a Portfolio Review at the begin-
ning of each term to hire new staf-
fers. Advertisements announcing
the review will appear in the news-
paper about two weeks beforehand.
