CAN YOU GET FOR YOUR USED BOOKS....
Well... Generally, our ability to BUYBACK a book depends
on its SALEABILITY
The following factors determine Used Book Prices:
Reported usage in Future courses.
* History of usage in Past courses.
* Our ability to Resell the book- either to other bookstores or national wholesalers.
* If the book is the Most Recent Edition.
* Probability of Future New Edition.
* Whether we are already Overstocked in that particular book.
* General Physical Condition of thebook-particularly the BindinQ.
A Word about Condition-
We resell books in poor cOndition at a lower i
price. Therefore, if the binding is broken, or if the
book is heavily marked, we must pay lower prices for
them.
Workbooks and programmed texts must be total-
ly unmarked in order to be sold back. c
Language and law books must be cleaner than clo
other books in order to get top prices.
Will It Be Assigned Again?y(j
-Maybe.
We may not have information about futuret
usage of a book. When this happens, we pay the
highest prices we can.
On most books this will be higher than whole-
sale prices.
We will tell you if ths is the case and let you
decide whether to sell your books now or later, -TIf you have additional questions, please feel free to ask one of our
buyers. If you have any doubt about whether a book has resale
value, be sure to bring it in. We have the best overall prices, but
there is considerable variance among the bookstores. We suggest
you take the time to compare prices around town.

We anticipate heavy demand for used
copies of the following books for
the Winter Term.
This is oni atePA RTIL LIST of books thai
the U. Cellar will Buy Back - there are man
others foir which we will pay half price or
even more!
We will pay the prices in the Right Har
column for used books in GOOD
CONDITION.
We believe that these are the best Buy Back

prices offered in Ann Arbor....
