The Pilot Program, an innovative
living-learning center for freshper-
sons and sophomores sponsored
jointly by LS&A and Housing, has
an opening for a Resident Fellow or
Resident Advisor. RESIDENT FEL-
LOWS teach a 3-credit course of
their own design and have corridor
and dorm-wide duties. Courses are
preferably topical, and £hould have
contemporary social, political or
ethical implications. RESIDENT AD-
VISORS perform corridor and dorm-
wide duties only. Both Resident
Fellows and Resident Advisors re-
ceive a single room and board for
15 hours of corridor and dorm-wide
functions. In addition, Resident Fel-
lows receive a .25 Graduate Student
Teaching Assistant stipend which at
current rates pays $1,042 per term.
