The United States Army recently an-
nounced a new enlistment option
which offers young men the oppor-
tunity to get in on the ground floor I
of a 20th century communications
operations.
Sergeant Dallas Landrem, Army re-
cruiter for Ann Arbor area, stated
that the Army is now accepting a
limited number of highly qualified
applicants for enlistment in the Stra-
tegic Communications Command.
For those eligible, training is
available in microwave systems, satel-
lite communications, radar, comput-1
ers and several other highly tech-
nical fields.
