Formative Evaluation Research Associates, a

seeking an individual to admins'ter and coordinate
an evaluation of a "Goal Directed Group Counsel-
ing and Career Development Program" for inner-
city Detroit youth. Position will be half-time, from
September 1978 through September 1979. The PCA
will share the responsibility for data collection

sonal interviews, preparing/analyzing data, present-
ing oral feedback, and writing final report. The
