omores to the cast of this year's
production, "The Pajama Game."
Playing.. the lead roles in the
production will be 'JamesTann
and Sandra Magee. Chief comic
roles will go to Terry Bangs and
Susan Bloch.

The School of Social Work will
sponsor a lecture by lay analyst
Selma Fraiberg at 4:15 p.m. today

Miss Fralberg will discuss new
theories of child development and

Indian Economist...,
Prof. Prasanta C. Mahalanobis,
director of the Indian Statistical
Institute and personal adviser to
Prime Minister Nehru, will give a
lecture at 4 p.m. today in Aud. C.
The lecture, sponsored by the
economics department, is entitled,
"Problems of Economic and Social
Development: Perspective Plan-
ning in India."
Prof. Mahalanobis has been a
member of the United Nations

Statistical Commission since 1946
and was chairman from 1954-58.

Wilbur Moore, vice-president in

tral Michigan University, will join

on Channel 4.
Scholarships . .
Applications for Rhodes and
Marshall Scholarships are now
available from Mr. Alexander Al-
lison, 2564 Administration, and
must be returned by Oct. 8.
Marshall Scholarships are avail-
able to all citizens under 26 who
will have earned degrees by this
June for study at any British Uni-
versity. The scholarship pays $1540
annually.
Male students who will have
completed their junior or senior
year by this June are eligible for
the Rhodes Scholarship.

Enrollment Period will be held in the
above locations from Oct. 1, 1963,
through Oct. 15, 1963.
New applications and changes to exist-
ing contracts will be allowable. Any
family member, eligible for coverage,
may be added at this time, including

those children over 19 who are income
tax dependents.
No new applications, changes, or addi-
tions will be accepted after this enroll-
ment period, other than for new em-
ployes or approved thirty-day changes
until October of 1964.
Students Planning to Take Prelimin-
ary Examinations for the PhD in Lin-
guistics during the current fall semester
