Undergrad Women Students now on
campus, who do not have a housing
commitment for the spring semester
1963, may apply for housing in Resi-
dence Halls at the Office of Student
Affairs, Housing Division, SAB3011, be-
ginning Mon., Dec. 3.
Midyear Graduation Exercises will be
held Sat., Jan. 26, 1963, in Hill Aud.
Further notice will follow.
Summary of Action Taken by Student
Government Council at Its Meeting of
November 28, 1962
Appointed: Howard Abrams as Chair-
man of the Committee on the National
Student Association.
Approved: That SGC appropriate,
money from A-9 fund to publish a
monthly SGC Newsletter. The Public
Relations Director, working in conjunc-
tion with the heads of the standing
committees and the related boards and
with such staff as he wishes to appoint,
is to be in charge of editing and dis-
tributing the newsletter. Before each

printing the Executive Committee of
SGC shall review the contents of the
Newsletter as to factual information.
The newsletter is to summarize the
highlights of SGC action for the month,
including that of the standing commit-
tees and related boards. Though SGC
will be presented in a favorable light,
there will be no space for editorial com-
ment.
Approved: That SGC hereby expresses
its desire to participate in the Foreign
Student Leadership Project of USNSA.
Therefore, SGC hereby mandates and
empowers the USNSA Committee to at-
tempt to arrange the enrollment of one
of the FSLP participants at the Uni-
versity of Michigan for the academic
year 1963-1964. If it is possible for the
University of Michigan to obtain a FSLP
participant, SGC further mandates the
USNSA Committee to make such ar-
rangements for the FSLP participant's
introduction to the campus and cam-
pus activities as may be necessary and
desirable. The USNSA Committee shall
keep SGC informed of its progress.
Approved: 1) That Council establish
a Campus Travel Board.
a) Its main responsibility shall be
the administration of Educational Tra-
vel, Inc. programs on campus.
b) Its other responsibilities shall in-
clude the provision of information to
the campus about educational travel
and exchanges generally by establishing
relations, with the various programs in
the field.
2) The Campus Travel Board shall
