Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Scholar-

Doctoral Recital: Morris Hochberg,
violinist, will present his second reci-
tal on Sun., Nov. 18, 8:30 p.m., Aud. A,
Angell Hall, in partial fulfillment of the
requirements for the degree Doctor
of Musical Arts, Horace H. Rackham
School of Grad. Studies. Sylvia Hoch-
berg, pianist, will accompany her hus-
band in a program of Beethoven Sona-
tas. Prof. Gilbert Ross is chairman of
Mr. Hochberg's doctoral committee. Mr.
Hochberg's recital is open to the general
public,
Chamber Music Postponed: The pro-
gram of Chamber Music for Voice, Piano,
Flute, and French Horn with Millard
Cates, tenor; Eugene Bossart, piano;
Glennis Stout, flute; Louis Stout,
French horn; Sharon Dierking, soprano;
and Joan Luchs, piano, previously
scheduled for Nov. 16, has been re-
scheduled for Wed., Dec. 9, 8:30 p.m.
in the Rackham Lecture Hall. Open to
the public without charge.
Astronomical Colloquium: Sat., Nov.
17, 2:00 p.m., McMath-Hulbert Observa-
