Doctoral Candidates who expect to,

have at least three bound copies (the
original in a "spring binder") of their
dissertation in the office of the Gradu-
ate School by Mon., Nov. 2. The re-
port of the doctoral committee on the
final oral examination must be filed
with the Recorder of the Graduate
School together with two copies of the
thesis, which is ready in all respects
for publication, not later than Mon.,
Nov. 30.
