Preparations have begun for
Frosh Weekend with the selection!
of the cast for the. Maize floor
show. The floor show will be held
Saturday, April 22 at the Frosh
Weekend dance.
Frosh Weekend is sponsored by
the League. As part of the com-
petition, the all-freshmen Maize
and Blue teams present a skit at
the dance, limiting the time of
the skit to 20 minutes. Each. team
is scored for its skit.
The freshmen women chosen
for the Maize staff are: Linda'
Cypress and Sima Segall, choreo-
graphers; Ellen Ramee, music
director; Joan .Mitchell, accom-'
panist; and Linda Burson and
Jackie Kasabach, directors.
The cast includes Judith Blinn,
Toby Diamond, Joanne Dumas,
Lesley Goren, Lorry Hansen, Darcy
Harwood, Judith Heideman, Susan
Hykes, Beverely Karanovich, An-
ne Lindeman, Anne Mair, Mikki
McClurg, Mary McGeachy, Ellen

A mass rehearsal will be held

On 'Solar Activity'
Donald Menzel, director of the
'Harvard College observatory, will
speak on "The Nature of Solar
Activity" at 3:30 p.m. today in
Aud. B, Angell Hall.
