DETROIT - Detroit Neigh­
borhood Hou ing Services
(DNHS) recently added two pro­
fessionals to th ir six-member
staff. Arthur Anderson will fill
th loan administrator position,
and Richard Robinson will erve
as loan originator,
DNHS is a private, nonprofit
corporation tablished in 1978
to increase the availability of af­
fordable housing in targeted De­
troit neighborhoods.
Since its inception, DNHS
has provided home improve­
ment loans and grants as well as
ARTHUR ANDERSON
purchase loans for more than
335 residences in the Pilgrim
Village;M.artin Park and Ketter­
ing Village neighborhoods. Most
recently, DNHS announced that
the Highland Park/Southeast
Heights area will be eligible for
revitalization funds.
Anderson will supervise the
-Ioan and mortgage orientation
functions for the organization in
addition to originating loans.
His primacy focus will be to en­
sure that DNHS applicants re­
ceive appropriate service and
assistance at all stages of the
home improvement/home pur­
chase loan process.

branch management. He earned
a bachelor of science degree in
