Sprinkle graham cracker crumb on bottom and ide of
lightly gr ed 9-inch uare baking pan; et a ide.
In electric blender or food proce or, blend cottage
chee e and 1/2 cup egg product until mooth, craping
down ide of container a nece ary.
In large bowl, combine cottage ch e mixture,
remaining egg product, ugar, cream chee ,lemon juice
and lemon peel. Beat at low peed 2 minute . Pour into
prepared pan. Bake at 25°F for 50 minute or until et
and lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire ra k. Chill at
le t 2 hours. To erve, cut ch e ecake into
