stone Alliance will pursue po ible
benefits of President Clinton' re­
centl y announced Economic Em­
powerment Act.
The $8.1 billion program, em­

iter, Doll Phillips of Portland, Ore.; four grandchildr n; 16 great­
grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. He was pre ded in
death by hi wife, Minnie, in 1981, and a on Robert Mo ley in 1978.
