Combine tomato paste and water
in medium bowl. Stir until mooth.
Add remaining ingredients; mix thor­
oughly. chill.
To erve with Salad Green :
Combine 6 cups chilled tom salad
greens, 1 cup sliced fresh mush­
rooms, and 1 cup (4 oz) julienne
strips Cheddar cheese in medium
bowl. Add meat mixture; toss thor-

ounce paghetti into thirds. Cook;
rime with cold water and drain (you
should have 4 cups). Add meat mix­
ture to spaghetti; chill. To thor-
_oughly and erve. Mak about 8 cups.
Mexican Salad
1 Ib lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup (8 oz can) Tomato Sauce
1 3/4 cups (15 1/2 oz can) chili
beans and liquid
1/2 cup (4 0% can) chopped
green chiles
1/2 tsp cumin
,
1 to 2 tbls chopped fresh cilan­
tro
� oz tortilla chip.
1/2 cup allced rip olives
1/4 'cup IIced green onions
6 cup (1 large head) shredded
lettuce
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar
cheese '
. 3/4 cup sour cream
Brown ground beef and onion in
large skillet. Drai n off exce fat.
Stir in tomato au e, chili be-ans and.
liquid chile, and cumin. Heat to
boiling. Reduce heat; boil gently 10
minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir
in cilantro. To erve; placetortilla
chip on erving plate. Spoon meat
mixture in center. Layer olives,
green onion and lettuce on top:
