performance. The course will foc
on skills which control the wor
force and increa e satisfaction and
productivity.
Handling Organizational
Change, held on November 21, will
deal with the massive change taking
place in the work force in the cor­
porate area, the departmental area
of work and in the individual per­
former. Modem methods are ex­
amined including the use of team
work, group decision making, and
continuous improvement and value
analysis.
