co-written by high school enior Tim
Whi and junior Tony Moore, and
tured Edmond Jone and Dennis
.Moore with white scratching.
A Black History quiz coordinated
. by Pat Shafer was held with first and
second prizes awarded to Herman
kawki� and Rev. Eugene Harris.

news reporter to News Director. He
replaces former director Debbie
Bums, who left the station in Decem
ber.

Morrow graduated from Niles
High School in 1976. He entered the
Army after high school as part of the
101st Airborne Division. While in
the military, he received an As
�iatC degree in Journalism from
tbe Unfvemity of Texas at EI Paso.
After four years of ervice, Mor-
row returned to Michigan where he
attended Andrews University in Ber
rien Springs and Lake Michigan Col
lege in Benton Harbor, before
moving to Kalamazoo where he
received a Bachelor's degree in
Political Science from We tern
Michigan Univemity.
Morrow resides in Benton Harbor
with his wife, linda McAfee-Mor
row and their four children, Triana,
Daniel, Oeotl'ery, and Aaron.
He i Southwe tern Michigan's
first Black News Director.
Morrow's responsibilities in
clude, anchoring morning newscasts
on both stations, supervising a staff
of four reporte and ensuring
coverage of all relevant new events
in Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren
Counties.
