or until set but not brown.
Rollin powdered ugar while warm; cool. Roll

2 1/2 cup flour
2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 sticks butter flavored margarine, softened
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla flavor .
1/2 cup extra crun peanut butter
Cream together soft margarine. sugar, egg,
vanilla until smooth. Add crunchy peanut butter.
vanilla and mix again. Graduatty add sifted flour
and mix after each addition qf flour. Refrigerate
batter at leat 1 hour.
Remove from refrigerator - form small balls
with batter - flatten balls between palms of hands
- make impressions in cookie dough with fork.
Bake on cookie sheet 2-3 inches apart at 375·
for 10-12 minutes. Makes 2·3 dozen depending
on size.

Arrange fruit on a platter. Pour
heated chocolate sauce into
serving bowl. To serve, dip fruit
in chocolate or spoon chocolate
