(E) PAYMENT OF SERVICE CHARGE: The
ervIce charge In Ueu of tax. determined
hereunder shall be payable In the earne mamer
as general property taxes are payable to the City
of Highland Park except thet the annual payment
shall be pold on or before August 15 of eeeh yoor.
(F) DURATION: This Section shall romain In
effect and shall not terrnlnate so long as the
Mortgage Loan remains outstanding and unpaid
or HUD or the Authority has MY Interest In the
property. provided that construction of "he
housing development comm noes within one
year form the effective date of this aocUon.
(G) MODIFICATION OR RECESSION OF
SECTION: NotwltheWlding the proy Ions of
