ADVERTISEMENT
The Benton Harbor Housing Com­
mission requests sealed bid pro­
posals for a single construction
contract for the East Washington
(10-1) and Buss Avenue (10-2) cab­
inet replacement program, in Ben­
ton Harbor, owned by the City of
Benton Harbor Housing Commis­
sion.
The work in general, consist of
interior improvements at the W.
. Washington (10-1) a Buss Avenue
'(10-2) sites. Work consists of the
rep. 8lAent of kitchen cabinetry,
counter, sinks, and faucets, as well
as minor subfloor replacement and
electrical work. The work will also
consist of replacement of bathroom
vanities, counters, lavatories and
faucets and minor plumbing altera­
tions.
All work will be performed under
the guidelines of the' Comprehen­
sive Improvement Assistance Pro-
- gram managed through the Grand
Rapids Area office of the Depart­
ment of Housing and Urban Devel­
opment.
Bids will be received at the offices
of the Housing Commission until
9:00 a.m., Thursday, June 27, 1991.
And will be publicly opened and
read aloud at 9:05 a.m. the same
day. Bids received after 9:00 a.m.,
Thursday, June 27, 1991, will be
rejected in accordance with the
Contract Documents, and will be
returned unopened to the bidder.
Bids shall be titled "Benton Har­
bor PHA - 1990 'CIAP, M133-P010
