Police Secret Fund fiasco, I
am reminded of the comment

Hart was the dumbest cop on
the force.

In other words he could be
mislead, and we need strong
and hones t leadership in the
city.
The taxpayers must not
allow Mayor Young to use our
money to clear Hart. on ac
