Annual Fundraising Dinner for the
Highland Park Police Athletic League
(P.A.L.) program will be held on
Friday, March 15, 1991. The pro­
gram is scheduled to begin 6:00 p.m.
at the Blackwell Civic Center, 15840
Second Avenue, in Highland Park.
Guest speakers for the program
include Susan Watson, Detroit Free
Press Columnist; John O'Hair, Wayne

The goal of the dinner is to raise

tion. The P.A.L. program began in
May, 1988, and has since grown to
over 500 participants actively
involved in football, baseball, bas­
ketball, and a fi tness program. The
program has 501 (c) status and all
contributions are tax-deductible. Don

Asthma is a common lung condition that affects more than 9 million
Americans (about four percent of the population). According to a recent
issue of the Mayo Clinic Proceedings, asthma is the most common chronic
