The change in, Enterprise
Zone Legisl tion has modified

funded and the new Enterprise
Zone Le islation specifically
'allows a fu ding agreement
between the DDNI1FA and the
City.
The term of the agreement
will be for a 10 year period
beginning July 1, 1990.
According to the funding
agreement, DDA a d TIFA

out maj projects.
