The change in, Enterprise Zone Legisl tion has modified bo DDA and T1FA Boards are funded and the new Enterprise Zone Le islation specifically 'allows a fu ding agreement between the DDNI1FA and the City. The term of the agreement will be for a 10 year period beginning July 1, 1990. According to the funding agreement, DDA a d TIFA Boards will be allowed to carry out maj projects.
