Are you just sitting around
being quiet and accepting every
drink this guy puts out. You
should have said om thing
when he first quit his job and
never allowed five months to
past by with you paying all of
the hou holdbills. You allow
ed yourself to be used and have
no one to blame but yourself.
The b st thing for you to do is
to get out of this bad relation
ship as soon as po ible. If you
can' g t him to leave, then you
should leave and fast. Its not
really important if he has found
someone new or not. What
matter is you and that you pick
'up your life "and go on to bigger
and better things and people.
Always,
Eri Washington

Also at this point you may still
be feeling insecure about your
relationship and your mate.
When a person cause you to 10
trust nd faith in them, it makes
it hard for you to trust them
or anyone again. far as your
old girlfriend is concerned, it
may be best to just drop her
so-call friendship. If you still
feel uneasy and the dreams
continue, perhap you should
talk with a trained counselor
or even a marriage counselor
about the problem.
Sincerely,
Erik Washington

Lemon Curd-
Beyond Lemon Meringue Pie
You may never have tasted
that British· specialty, lemon
curd, but 'chances are you have
had lemon meringue pie. hile
the recipe for each is Slightly
different, the taste, without the
meringue of course, is very sim
ilar. And for convenience, you
can now buy lemon curd ready.,
made.
Robertson's, that ell known
British producer of marmalades,
jellies and preserves makes a
lemon curd which it exports to
the United States. The product
has a tangy lemon taste, fresh lemon aroma, bright
color, and good spreading consistency. It comes in
an llYt-ounce jar.
In England, the traditionalists serve lemon curd
on bread and butter. The adventurers create many
interesting desserts ith it.
Lemon curd makes great filling for jelly rolls, lay
er cakes, or crepes. It adds tangy topping to vanilla
or chocolate ice cream. A dab on rice pudding or
fruit salad adds fresh lemon flavor. Also delicious
on French toast. And traditionally, it makes buttered
toast or English muffins fit for a Queen.
Mr. illiam Kroestng. president of the United
states marketing organization for Robertson's prod
ucts, submits a recipe for a Quick fantastic dessert.
