pimiento, drained
2 green onions tops,

ken broth to make 2Vz cu
liquid. Bring to a boil in large
ucepan. Stir in rice, ,
thyme and pepper. Cover
and simmer � min es. Stir
in pimiento and onions.

is absorbed, about S
minutes. Peel a acado; re­
move seed. Cut a ocado
length ise into lfl-inch
slices; cut each slice in half
crosswise. Stir avocado and
