Culture and Civilization released
Volume 8: Crisis and Creativity
between World Wars, 1918–1939
in April 2020. Now three U-M
professors, Todd Endelman, Zvi
Gitelman and Deborah Dash
Moore, will discuss highlights in
Jewish history from the period on a
virtual event sponsored by the Jean
& Samuel Frankel Center for Judaic
Studies at U-M. The Posen Library
is an ongoing project gathering
material from biblical times to the
21st century to create a collection
of Jewish creativity, diversity and
cultural contributions around the
globe. The project includes the
