She is survived by

Bachrach, Jodi (Ethan) Goodman;
great-grandchildren, Camille, Brody,
Audrey, Elijah and Sloane; many
other loving family members and

Mrs. Siefer was the beloved wife
of the late Ellis Siefer, D.O.; sister of
the late Max Tischler and the late
Herbert Tischler.
Interment took place at
Clover Hill Park Cemetery in
Birmingham. Contributions may
be made to Post Polio Health
International or to a charity of one’

JOEL DAVID
SILVERS, 72, of
Detroit, died Dec. 8,
2018.
He is survived by
his brother, Mickey
(Karen) Silvers;
brother-in-law, Robert Hauser,
nephews, Joshua (Kristin) Hauser,
Seth (Bethany) Hauser, Harrison
Silvers, Nicholas Silvers; niece,
Sarah Silvers; great-nephews, Sam
Hauser, Robinson Hauser; great-
niece, Eleanor Hauser; many other
relatives and friends.
Mr. Silvers was preceded in death
by his parents and sister, Taissa
Silvers Hauser.
As family and members of the
community whose lives were
touched by Joel celebrate his life,
there are significant expenses being

JUDITH “JUDY” SKLAR-FRIED,
71, of Royal Oak, died Dec. 15, 2018,
peacefully in her sleep.
She is survived by her devoted
husband of 32 years, Aaron Fried;
brother, Dr. Robert Sklar; loving
aunt, Martha Gurwin; sister-in-
law and brother-in-law, Linda and
Jim Sampson; cousins, Karen Bell,
Rosalyn Schoichit and many others;
her dear Wisconsin friends.
Mrs. Skalr-Fried was the daughter
of the late Marion and the late Ben
Sklar.
