of Commerce Township,
died Sept. 27, 2018.
He is survived by his
wife, Jodie Polk; son and
daughter-in-law, Justin
and Amanda Polk; daugh-
ter and son-in-law, Jessica
and Neil Barris; mother, Joy Polk; sisters
and brothers-in-law, Jennifer and Gary
Grano, and Juli and Dennis Paskay;
brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Meg
Polk. He was the brother-in-law of
Cindy and Jay Meyer. He is also survived
by many loving nieces and nephews.
Mr. Polk was the devoted son of the
late John Polk; caring son-in-law of the
late Jerry and the late Rosalind Weisberg.

Fla., died Oct. 17, 2018.
He was the beloved
husband of Judith
Porvin and the late Ellen
Porvin; cherished father
of Stephen Porvin, Daniel Porvin and
Joanna Porvin; loving brother of the
late Shirley Rosenberg; and the devoted
son of the late Albert and the late Sarah
Porvin.
Funeral services will be held on
Monday, Oct. 29, 2018, at 11 a.m. at
the Ira Kaufman Chapel. Interment
will be at Clover Hill Park Cemetery.

Interment was at Hebrew Memorial
