orothy Deitch recently cele-
brated her 90th birthday; she
and her husband, Seymour,
are celebrating their 70 years of mar-
riage. Their son and daughter-in-law,
Howard and Neida, gave parties to
honor these events. Also helping
them celebrate were their wonder-
ful grandchildren, Daniel Loewus
Deitch, Jonathan and Liana Loewus
Deitch, Sabra and Lenny Pace; and
wonderful great-grandchildren,
Zavian and Raimi; and other family
and friends. •

sther and Ken Gold of
Royal Oak are delighted to
announce the engagement
of their daughter Allison to Benjie,
son of Noreen and Alan Klein of
Farmington Hills.
Allison is the granddaughter of
the late Fryda and Avrum Fleish,
and the late Jean and Jack Gold.
Benjie is the grandson of the late
Isadora and Jerome Helfman, and
the late Sylvia and Norman Klein.
Allison graduated from the
University of Michigan in Ann
Arbor. She works as an investment analyst on the Kulhavi Team at Merrill
Lynch. Benjie graduated from Michigan State University and received his
M.A. from the University of Wisconsin. He works as director of platform
strategy at Weber Shandwick.
A March 2019 wedding is planned in Dearborn. •

Justin attended the University of
Michigan and Emory Law School.

Erica attended the University
of Pittsburgh and received her
master’s from the University of
Pennsylvania. She is the director of employer engagement for the M.B.A.
program at the Wharton School.
A July wedding is planned in Pittsburgh. •

Pearlman 90th

oe Pearlman celebrated
his 90th birthday on June
10, 2018, with family and
friends at a brunch in his honor
at Ginopolis’ restaurant. Joining
in the celebration were his sons,
Erwin, Mark (Susan) and Barry
