Oscar Howard; sister, Franci Eisenberg;
Franci’s family, Chris, Margaret, Anna and
Rachel Eisenberg. She is also survived by
Judge Barry Howard and Cindy Howard,
and Connie and Hal Schwartz.
Mrs. Howard was the devoted daughter
of the late Robert and the late Geraldine
Rafelson; dear daughter-in-law of the late
Fred and the late Lois Howard.
Interment was at Clover Hill Park
