Bloomfield Hills, died
May 13, 2018.
She received a law
degree from Wayne
State University and
later received a Ph.D.
Page
from Wayne State
University in anatomy
and cell biology and
was a professor at
Wayne State University in anatomy and
cell biology.
Dr. Page was the cherished mother
of Mark Daniel (Pamela Sylvor) Page,
Jason William Page (the late Jinks
Jervey Page), Jason’s beloved Julie
Hoskow and Sarah Leslie Page; adoring
grandma of Noah Myles Page, Benjamin
Maxwell “Max” Page, Maya Raine Page
and Sydney Rose Page; Julie’s children,
Shayne and Aidan Hoskow; dear broth-
er, James W. Burdick ( Judith Rubens
Burdick). She was the aunt of Amy
Strasner, Laura Rubens Burdick (part-
ner, Alex Hartman) and Dr. Andrew
Rubens Burdick.

She was the beloved wife for 49 years
of the late David K. Page; devoted
daughter of the late Ben and the late
Mary Burdick; daughter-in-law of the
late Milton and the late Hilda Page;
sister-in-law of the late Nedra Strasner.
Interment was at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be made

Sims, Alexander Sherman, Benjamin
Sherman ; great-grandchildren, Britney

sister-in-law, Harriet Colman; former
daughter-in-law, Candyce Sherman;
many loving nieces, nephews, other
family members and friends.
Mrs. Sherman was the beloved wife
of the late Dr. Phillip M. Sherman; the
sister of the late Albert Colman.
Interment was held at Adat
Shalom Memorial Park Cemetery in

Livonia. Contributions may be made
to Hadassah or to a charity of one’s
choice. Arrangements by Dorfman
Chapel.

STEPHEN LEONARD
STECKER, M.D., 79,
beloved son, husband,
father, grandfather and
brother, died at his
home in San Diego,
Calif., on April 30,
2018.
Stecker
Steve was born
in Brooklyn, N.Y., to
Samuel L. and Shelly
Weiss Stecker. He was
raised in Detroit and graduated from
Mumford High School and Wayne State
University School of Medicine.
His post-graduate medical training
was an internship at L.A. County-USC
Hospital and neurology residency from
the University of Minnesota. He settled
in San Diego, practicing neurology in
both private practice and later for the
U.S. Navy.
Dr. Stecker loved his family, the
