In accordance with the Federation Women’s Philanthropy Bylaws, Article IX, Sections 1-3:

Section 1: Elections shall take place at the Annual Meeting by the Women’s Philanthropy membership.

Section 2: Notification of the Annual Meeting shall include the slate to be presented for election. The slate also shall be made a matter of public
notice to the membership at least thirty (30) days prior to the dte of the Annual Meeting.

Section 3: Additional nominations may be made by petition signed by twenty-five (25) members of Women’s Philanthropy and submitted at least
one (1) week prior to the Annual Meeting, provided that such nominees have consented to serve if elected.
