He is survived by his

ter-in-law, Barry and Kathy Nosanchuk,
and Bonnie Nosanchuk; nieces and
nephews, Michele and Ken Schaefer,
Laura and Bill Stender, Missy and Glen
Scher, Amanda Nosanchuk and Adam
Nosanchuk; mother-in-law and father-
in-law, Carolyn and Bill Nosanchuk.
Mr. Wechsler was the loving brother
of the late Susan Leiter; the proud uncle
of the late Matthew Leiter; the devoted
son of the late Henry and the late Doris
Wechsler.
Interment was at Machpelah

93, of West Bloomfield,
died Sept. 22, 2017.
He is survived by
his wife of 70 years,
Phyllis Welling; son,
Eric Welling of West
Bloomfield; daughter

and son-in-law, Joanne
and Larry Blankstein
of Chicago; grandchil-
dren, Jeffrey and Laura Blankstein, Brian
Blankstein and Dr. Julia Blinks, Steven
and Rachel Welling, and Shawn Welling;
great-grandchildren, Chloe Blankstein
and Ford Blankstein; former daughter-
in-law, Denise; nieces, nephews and a
world of friends.
Mr. Welling was the loving brother
of the late Ruth Westheimer; the dear
brother-in-law of the late Robert
Westheimer.
Interment was at Machpelah

BARRY ZELTZER, 22,
of Farmington Hills,
died Sept. 8, 2017.
He was a proud
graduate of North
Farmington High
School. He was active
in stage crew, marching
Zeltzer
band and swim team.
Barry was swim team
captain and a member
of National Honor Society.
Barry attended the University of
Michigan and graduated in April 2017
with a bachelor of science in bio-
chemistry and a music minor. He was
a dedicated member of the Michigan
Marching Band tuba section and the
Michigan Basketball Band. Barry was
planning to pursue a graduate degree
in biochemistry. Several months after
graduation, Barry became ill suddenly
and died at age 22.
Barry is survived by his parents, Elliot
and Susan Zeltzer; brothers, Stuart
(Mimi Agisim) and Paul Zeltzer; uncles,
David Zeltzer, Gary (Janice) Zeltzer,
Jeremy (Kevin Dennis) Zeltzer, Jordan
(Kim Susser) Cohen. He is also survived
by many cousins, teammates, band
mates and a world of friends.
Barry was the cherished grandson of
the late George “Mike” Zeltzer, the late
Pearl Zeltzer, the late Bernard Cohen
and the late Gladys “Gigi” Cohen. He
was the beloved nephew of the late
Alison Cohen.
Interment was at Adat Shalom
Cemetery. Contributions may be
made to the Barry C. Zeltzer Tuba
Scholarship for Spirit and Leadership,
University of Michigan Marching
Band, c/o Michigan Marching Band
Development, 350 E. Hoover, Ann Arbor,
MI 48104. Contributions will be used
to establish the Barry C. Zeltzer Tuba
Scholarship for Spirit and Leadership
