More than 100 people came out on Saturday, Aug. 12, for a special
Temple Beth El Havdalah service at JARC’s Frederick H. Pitt home, in
partnership with JARC and The David-Horodoker Organization. The eve-
ning began with dinner, shmoozing, games for the children and was fol-
lowed by a family-friendly Havdalah service by Temple Beth El’s clergy. It
was a beautiful evening and allowed people to reconnect with old friends
as well as make new friends. JARC and Temple Beth El have been long-
time partners, and for many years, JARC has held their monthly BINGO
nights at Temple Beth El. For more information or to volunteer at an
upcoming BINGO, contact Melissa Garrett at melissagarrett@jarc.org or
(248) 488-7549. Join Temple Beth El this holiday season with two mean-
ingful opportunities to enrich your New Year. For more information or to
become a member, contact Executive Director Kim Raznik at kraznik@
