West Bloomfield, died
Feb. 27, 2017.
She is survived by
her daughters and
son-in-law, Marci and
Marv Shulman, Carol
Rose; grandchildren,
Rose
Alison Botvinick
( fiance, Marty Hortick),
Brad Shulman, Lauren
(Matt) Buchwald, Kari (Josh) Freidus;
great-grandchildren, Maya, Evan and
Zander; many loving nieces, nephews,
other family members and friends.
Mrs. Rose was the beloved wife of the
late Morris Rose.
Interment took place at Clover
Hill Park Cemetery in Birmingham.
Contributions can be made to
Hadassah, the Detroit Symphony
Orchestra or to a charity of one’s choice.
Arrangements by Dorfman Chapel.

SHELDON SINGER,
83, of Farmington Hills,
died Feb. 26, 2017.
He is survived by his
sons and daughters-
in-law, Scott and Mary
Jo Singer, Kevin and
Nancy Singer, and
Singer
Dr. Dean and Shelley
Singer; grandchildren,
Jonah, Skylar, Ryan,
Lindsay and Jake Singer; nieces and
nephews, Sally and Mark Engle, and
James and Anna Neufeld.
Mr. Singer was the beloved husband
for 62 years of the late Arlene Singer;
the cherished father of the late Joanne
Singer; and the loving brother of the late
Marvin and the late Phyllis Singer.
Interment was at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be made
to Friendship Circle, 6892 W. Maple
Road, West Bloomfield, MI 48322, www.

AVROM WEISMAN, 67, of Oak Park,
died Feb. 28, 2017.
An active member of Partners in
Torah, Avrom was affiliated with
Congregation Mogen Avraham. He
received a law degree from Detroit
College of Law and an M.B.A. from
University of Michigan. He worked for
decades as an accountant with the
Detroit Water Board.
Mr. Weisman is survived by many
loving, devoted and caring friends and
cousins.
He was the dear son of the late Morris
and the late Lillian Weisman.
Contributions may be made to
Partners in Torah, c/o Yeshiva Beth
Yehudah, 15751 Lincoln Drive,
Southfield, MI 48076. Services and inter-
ment were held at Machpelah Cemetery
in Ferndale. Arrangements by Hebrew
Memorial Chapel.

WEISMAN, 55, died
peacefully in her sleep
on March 3, 2017.
She was the beloved
daughter of Harriet
and the late Morton
Weisman; treasured
Weisman
sister of Barbara (Don)
Hoffman and Robert
(Lindsay) Weisman;
cherished aunt of Annie Hoffman
(Aaron Agostino), Ellen (Barry) Pelz,
Karen Hoffman, Zoey, Peri, Merick and
Kenley Weisman; great-aunt of Max
Agostino.
Ms. Weisman spent her last 26 years
at Stewart Home & School in Frankfort,
Ky., where she was lovingly cared for by
their exceptional staff.
Interment was at Shalom Memorial
Park in Arlington Heights, Ill.
