HELEN GREENBERG, 98, of Delray
Beach, Fla., died Oct. 28, 2016.
She is survived by her son and
daughter-in-law, Barry and Cheryl
Greenberg; grandchildren, Rachel
Greenberg, Steven (Carrie) Granitz, Blair
(Lauren) Byrnes, Jordan Byrnes (fiancee,
Kelsey Grossman); great-grandchildren,
Maxwell, Noah and Gabriel.
Mrs. Greenberg was the beloved wife
of the late Nathan Greenberg; mother
of the late Esther Kaplan and the late
Marsha Granitz.
Interment was held at the Hebrew
Memorial Park Cemetery in Mount
Clemens. Contributions may be made
to Hospice of Palm Beach County.
Arrangements by Dorfman Chapel.

LEONARD
HAMMER, 82, of
West Bloomfield, died
Nov. 1, 2016.
An avid woodwork-
er, he also created
stone sculptures, was
a photographer and

He was the loving father of the late
Shari Lynn Hammer; loving son of the
late Helen and the late Samuel Hammer;
dear brother-in-law of the late Samuel
Mark; dear son-in-law of the late Freda
and the late Benjamin Murav.

Betty Jean Cowan.

the late Martin Karlin; mother of the late
Phillip Karlin; sister of the late Phyllis
Harrison.
