ARONSON, 99,
passed away Nov. 5,
2016.
A veteran of
World War II, grad-
uate of University
of Wisconsin and
Aronson
founder of the
CPA firm Aronson
Schroeder & Co.,
which later merged with Schenck SC,
Jerome was always full of energy. A
wonderful raconteur with a sparkling
wit who constantly put his family first,
he enjoyed music, theater, golf, boat-
ing on Elkhart Lake and dancing with
Debbie. Jerome will be missed by all
who knew him.
Devoted father, grandfather and
great-grandfather, Jerome is survived
by his five children, Steven, Robert,
Dena, Susan and Bill; eight grand-
children, Max, Tal, Shanie, Natasha,
Noa, Isaac, Michael and Jeffrey; and
two great-grandchildren, Yonatan and
Yuval.
He was the beloved husband of the
late Deborah Aronson for 65 years.
Interment took place at Greenwood
Cemetery in Mil waukee. The family
will be gathering locally on Thursday,
Nov. 10, from 4-8 p.m. with services
at 7 p.m. at the home of Bob Aronson,
1865 Pine Ridge Lane, #20, Bloomfield
Hills. Contributions may be made
to the Deborah Aronson Theatre
Education Fund, c/o Milwaukee
Chamber Theatre, 158 N. Broadway,
Milwaukee, WI 53202. Local arrange-
ments by Ira Kaufman Chapel.

Hills, died Nov. 4, 2016.
He was the owner of Louis Cohen
Butcher Shop in Oak Park and Detroit.
He is survived by his son, Michael
(Helene) Cohen; daughter, Carole (the
late Bob) Auslander; daughter-in-law,
Della Cohen Colton; grandchildren,
Justin (Jayme), Kristie and Adam
Cohen, Michelle Auslander and Abby
Cohen; great-grandchildren, Lily and
Caleb Cohen; many nieces, nephews,
other family members and friends.
Mr. Cohen was the beloved husband
for 56 years of the late Laura Feldstein
Cohen; father of the late Gary Cohen;
brother of the late Esther Kaufman.
Interment was at Beth Tefilo
Emanuel Cemetery. Contributions
