including travel, politics, bridge, kettle
drumming and the arts. She was a
devoted mother to her three children
and seven grandchildren.
Mrs. Buckfire is survived by her
daughter and son-in-law, Carol and
Paul Benson; son and daughter-in-law,
Kenneth and Noreen Buckfire; daugh-
ter and son-in-law, Julie and Michael
Schloss; grandchildren, Zachary and
Samuel Lehrer, Annabel, William and
Alexander Buckfire, and Rachel and
Joshua Simkovitz. She will be remem-
bered by her family and many devoted
friends in Michigan, Arizona and
California.
She was the beloved wife for 60 years
of the late Philip Buckfire.
Interment was next to Philip in the
Santa Rosa Memorial Park. May her
life and memory be a blessing to all
who knew her. Contributions may be
