MITCHELL HOWARD
BOARDMAN, 50, of Rochester
Hills, died Aug. 1, 2016.
He is survived by his loving par-
ents, Myrna and Barry Boardman
of Rochester Hills; daughter,
Brooke Boardman of Lathrup
Village; devoted former wife,
Jennifer Boardman; many loving
cousins, other family members and
friends.
Interment took place at Clover
Hill Cemetery in Birmingham.
Contributions may be made to
the Michigan Humane Society
or to a charity of one’s choice.
Arrangements by Dorfman Chapel.

BRUSELOFF,
93, of West
Bloomfield, died
Aug. 7, 2016.
He was the
beloved father
of Ann Bruseloff
Bruseloff
of Florida, Bert
c. 1988
Bruseloff of
Michigan and
Mark Bruseloff of Michigan. He
is also survived by his son-in-law,
Marvin Zucker; grandchildren,
Elizabeth Iskow, Shelby Bruseloff,
Blake Bruseloff, Zachary Zucker
and Gary Zucker; siblings, Paul
Bruseloff and Clara Bruseloff;
nieces and nephews, Ilene and Ron
Rissman, Brian and Nancy Howard.
Mr. Bruseloff was the dear father
of the late Renee Zucker.
Interment was at Hebrew
Memorial Park. Contributions
may be made to a charity of one’s
choice. Arrangements by Hebrew
Memorial Chapel.

SYLVIA
BUCKFIRE, 84,
passed away on
July 23, 2016, in
Santa Rosa,
Calif.
She was born
April 12, 1932,
Buckfire
in Detroit, the
daughter of
Max and Helen
Schlachter (nee Balantzow), and
the cherished sister of Marsha
Greenberg Lynn.
Sylvia was a longtime resident
of Metro Detroit before retiring
to Scottsdale in 2003 and then to
Santa Rosa in 2012. She was a con-
gregant of Temple Beth El, where
she was an officer of the Temple
Sisterhood, and was a member of
Hadassah for nearly 60 years.
