Zachary is a student at Walnut Creek
Middle School in Walled Lake. Among
his many mitzvah projects, he found vol-
unteering for the SNAP (Students Need
A Pal) program at his middle school to
be the most rewarding. In the program,
students develop supportive friendships
with students in the Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD) program at the school.

couple honeymooned in Italy.
Stephanie is a graduate of the University
of Michigan and earned her medical degree
at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She
is a pediatrician at Merrillwood Pediatrics in
Royal Oak.
Michael is a graduate of the University of
Michigan and earned his medical degree at Wayne State University. He is a der-
matologist at Dermatology Associates in Birmingham.

lorence Yorke of West Bloomfield, a
retired teacher who never stopped
teaching, is celebrating her 91st
birthday in June. A pianist and music lover,
Florence conducts the Meer Choir, inau-
gurated the Meer play-reading group (she
remains an active member), joins in lively
book discussions and serves on resident com-
mittees. Her daughter, Shelley Yorke Rose,
and son, Richard Yorke; granddaughters,
Allison Yorke, Stephanie Rose and Elise Rose;
and many friends all join in wishing this car-
ing, dynamic and determined nonagenarian
continued health, happiness and love.
