He is the Lipman son of Beth Lipman and Blake Lipman and the brother of Arielle. Sharing in his simchah will be his loving and proud grandparents Rona and Saul, and Marlene Lipman. Jonah is also the grandson of the late Jerome (Jerry) Lipman. Jonah is a student at O.E. Dunckel Middle School in Farmington Hills. Zachary Daniel Simon, son of Stacey Simon, and Bradley and Elizabeth Simon, will lead the congre- gation in prayer as he becomes a bar mitz- vah at Temple Israel Simon in West Bloomfield on Saturday, June 25. He will be joined in celebration by siblings Dana and Jaden as well as proud grand- parents Lois and Barry Simon, Shelley and Ben Skelton, Cindy and Edwin Cohen, and Marilyn and Sheldon Fealk. Zachary is a student at Walnut Creek Middle School in Walled Lake. Among his many mitzvah projects, he found vol- unteering for the SNAP (Students Need A Pal) program at his middle school to be the most rewarding.
