If you wish to appear before the Board of Review for a formal appeal, contact the Assessor’s
Office for an appointment beginning on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 and no later than
4:30 p.m., on Monday, March 7, 2016. Appointments are 5 minutes each on the above
published dates. Due to time constraints, appointments may not be rescheduled
Board of Review appeals by letter will also be accepted, in place of a personal appearance, if
received by March 7, 2016.
PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE EXEMPTION AFFIDAVIT INFORMATION:
If you purchased your principal residence after May 1, 2015, and have not claimed the prin-
cipal residence exemption, you are required to file an affidavit on or before June 1, 2016 for
the immediately succeeding summer tax levy and all subsequent tax levies or by November
1, 2016 for the immediately succeeding winter tax levy and all subsequent tax levies.
