STANLEY L. SHUMAN, 82, of Delray
Beach, Fla., passed away on Nov. 27,
2015.
For many years, he lived in
Framingham, Mass., and was a partner
in the CPA firm of Stone, Leavitt and
Shuman in Chestnut Hill, Mass.
Mr. Shuman was the beloved husband
of Lorna (nee Rabinow) for 59 years;
the loving father of David (Debbie), and
Gary (Stacey); dearest grandfather of
Daniel (Alison), Robert, Rachel, William
and AJ.; cherished brother of Harriett
Korff and Paul Shuman (Kim Borshay);
brother-in-law of Rhoda Rossinow. He
is also survived by nieces, nephews and
countless friends
Services were held at the Stanetsky
Memorial Chapel in Canton, Mass.,

LILLIAN "LILLY"
WEISBERG, 95, of
Buffalo Grove, Ill., for-
merly of Novi, died
Dec. 4, 2015.

She was born in
Detroit and attended
Wayne State University,
Weisberg
where she received her
bachelor's degree and
master's in social work.
She worked as a social caseworker for
Jewish Family Service of Metropolitan
Detroit, a social work faculty supervisor
for Wayne State's School of Social Work
and as the president of the Michigan
Region, American Jewish Congress.
She was a very bright, accomplished
woman with many talents and strengths;
she was tenacious about life, her edu-
cation, her career, her family and her
friends.
Mrs. Weisberg was the beloved wife
of the late David Weisberg; cherished
mother of Susan and Marilyn (Sorush
Batmangelich); daughter of the late
Samuel and Fanny Miro; sister of the
late David Miro, Morey Miro, Mynne
and David Heisler, Shirley and Perce
Golden; dear aunt, cousin and friend to
many.
Interment was at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be
made to a charity of one's choice.
