RICHARD A. MARKS, 65, of Chevy
Chase, Md., passed away on Nov. 28,
2015.
He was born in Dayton, Ohio, and
resided in Washington, D.C., for the
past 40 years.
Mr. Marks is survived by his wife,
Cindy Bank; son, Matthew Marks.
He was the brother of Ronni and
Andrew Smulian, Judy and Jeremy
Cohen, Michael and Patty Bank, Amy
and Todd Franklin, and Katherine
and Larry Garland. He is survived by
many nieces and nephews. He was
the son-in-law of Eliot and Liz Bank,
and Nancy Bank.
Mr. Marks was the son of the late
Miriam and the late Milton Marks.

RITA POLLOCK, 84, of Dallas, Texas,
died Dec. 3, 2015.
She is survived by her daughters

Levitin, and Andrea Guten; sons, Fred
Pollock and Alan Pollock; grandchil-
dren, Richard and Naomi Levitin,
Gabrielle, Whitney and Sarah Pollock;
great-grandchildren, Lauren Noah
Levitin and Tanner Nathan Levitin.
Mrs. Pollock was the beloved wife
of the late Theodore Pollock; the dear
sister of the late Bernard Kramer.

Pearl Dubin and Yona Rudyan. He is
also survived by Brian and Rebecca
Howard and their children, Zachary
and Sloane; David and Alexis Howard

Chad and Martine Howard as well as
many loving nieces, nephews, cousins
and friends.
Mr. Rubin was the devoted son
of the late Myer and the late Sarah
Rubin; the loving brother of the late
Marcus Rubin and the late Bernard
Rubin; the dear brother-in-law of
the late Irvin Dubin, the late Baruch
Rudyan, the late Shirley and the late
Jack Goldin.
