and art industry.
Lipson
Mr. Lipson was born
Sept 26, 1937, in Malden,
Mass., to Samuel and Mona (Tenzer) Lipson
and was a southern Nevada resident since
June 1992.
He was a member of Midbar Kodesh
Temple, an avid sports fan, a championship
pool player, poker player, humanitarian and
shomer for the Southern Nevada Jewish
community.
Mr. Lipson was preceded in death by
his parents. He is survived by Sara-Ann,
his beloved wife of 26 years; three daugh-
ters, Michele Riedl of Sleepy Hollow, Ill.,
Julie (Travis Tresnitt) Lipson of Portland,
Ore., Dana (George) Kalomiris of Crystal
Lake, Ill.; one son, Jeffrey (Katie) Lipson
of Carpentersville, Ill.; brother, Paul (Judy)
Lipson of West Bloomfield; six grandchil-
dren, Mason, Julian, Lauren, Ellis, Zoe and
Sadie.
Services were held in Las Vegas.

EDWARD RISHAVY, 87, of Bingham
Farms, died Nov. 7, 2015.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Rosalie
Rishavy; sons and daughters-in-law, Mark
(Deb) Simpson, David (Laura) Tucker, Hadar
(Patricia Wells) Tucker; grandchildren, Eric
Simpson, Brian Simpson, Matthew Simpson,
Rachel Tucker and Ethan Tucker; great-
grandchildren, Ellie Tucker, John Tucker
and Anna Tucker; brother and sister-in-law,
Thomas (Adrianne) Rishavy; many loving
nieces, nephews, other family members and
friends.

PIERCE ROSENTHAL,
88, of Palm Springs,
Washington, D.C., and
Detroit, died Oct 28,
2015.
He worked for the
Department of Health,
Education and Welfare in
Washington for 25 years
as a writer for the department.
Mr. Rosenthal is survived by his brother
and sister-in-law, Dick and Barbara
Rosenthal; nieces and nephews, Amy and
David Finn, Dr. Jeffrey and Sherri Rosenthal;
their children, Ava and Jack Finn, and Joe
Rosenthal; and many cousins.
He was the devoted son of the late Bertha
and the late Jack Rosenthal.

LENORE DUNSKY
WEISS, 103, of
Farmington Hills, died
Nov. 11, 2015.
She was a member of
Adat Shalom Synagogue
since 1946 and a life
member of the Adat
Weiss
Shalom Sisterhood, life
member and past presi-
dent of the Sinai Hospital Guild, life member
of Hadassah, member of Brandeis Women's
Committee, National Council of Jewish
Women, ORT, and Knollwood Country Club.
Mrs. Weiss was also an 8 over 80 honoree
by Jewish Senior Life, and she received the
Max Osnos Distinguished Leadership Award
from Sinai Hospital as well as being named
to Governor Engler's honor roll, which recog-
nized the state's outstanding volunteers.
Mrs. Dunsky Weiss was the beloved wife
of the late David Dunsky and the late Morris
`Andy" Weiss.
She is survived by her son and daughter-
in-law, Robert and Harriet Dunsky of West
Bloomfield; grandchildren, Drew and Jodi
Dunsky, and Dan Dunsky. She is also sur-
vived by Andy's children, Ilene and Ronald
Fruitman, and Donna and Allan Apple;
Andy's grandchildren, Richard Fruitman and
Alexandra Sayers-Potter, Jackie Fruitman
Cohen and Art Cohen, Michael and Francie
Fruitman, Julie and Steve Plotnick, Jill and
Jay Rupp, and Brian and Shawna Apple;
Andy's great-grandchildren, Jake and Jordyn
Plotnick, Noa and Talya Apple, Zimin and
Natan Cohen, and Starla Belle Fruitman;
many loving nieces and nephews.
