Ivette Porteny; stepbrother, Rafael

and Rachel Berk; many other lov-
ing family members throughout
Mexico and France.
Mrs. Porteny was the sister of the
late Jacques Porteny and the late
Jeannette Porteny.

Interment took place at Beth El
Cemetery in Livonia. Arrangements

ALBERT RUSSEL, 85, of West
Bloomfield, died April 5, 2015.
A dedicated fighter for his family,
friends and the Jewish people, he
is survived by his lifelong friends,
Ted (Barbara) Mayden, Linda (the
late Dr. Lawrence) Singer; nephews,
Alan Rubinstein, Zev Rubinstein,
Jacob Russel, Jack Russell, Marty
Russell; nieces, Sheila Schultz, Bella
Bernard, Helen Rubenstein; many
other loving family members and
friends.
Mr. Russel was the brother of
the late David Russel, the late
Yitzchock Rubinstein and the late
Sol Rubenstein.

was held at Adat Shalom Memorial
Park Cemetery in Livonia.
