died July 19, 2013.
He is survived

of Bloomfield Hills, and Andy and
Debbie Colman, also of Bloomfield
Hills; grandchildren, Emily and
Andy Tack, Jeff and Margit Bluestein,

Colman; five great-grandchildren;
brother and sister-in-law, Bob and
Layne Colman; many other loving rela-

He was the beloved husband of the

tled and persevered.
Born to Jacob Kasselman and Bea
Heindisch in Philadelphia, March 30,
1937, he grew up in New Jersey, was
a proud Korean War Marine Corps
veteran and Penn State honors grad
(1961). He enjoyed a successful career
in computers and real estate.
Beloved father, adoring grandfather
and uncle, and supportive brother,
he is survived by his children, Heidi
(Don) Kaplan of Seattle, Geoffrey
(Ellen) of Northbrook, Ill., Brad of
Whistler, British Columbia; grand-
children, Mitchell, Samantha, Jillian,
Sophie; sister, Rae (Steve) Bolton;
nephews, David and Michael; brothers,
Alan (Susan), Paul (Judy).
