aurie Karbal Golden (Jay) and
Norman Brant are thrilled to
announce the engagement of their
son Ronnie Karbal Brant to Lindsey Joy
Salzer, daughter of Melinda and Tom Salzer
of Marlboro, N.J.
Ronnie is the grandson of Marilyn Karbal
(the late Ronald Karbal) and Blanche Brant
(the late Benjamin Brant). Lindsey is the
granddaughter of Phoebe Dichner, Daniel
Siegel, and the late Helena and late Andrew
Salzer.
Ronnie and Lindsey met while students at
the University of Michigan. Ronnie earned
his bachelor and master degrees in kinesiology from U-M. He is working as a
senior manager of product marketing at MyBuys in San Francisco.
Lindsey earned her bachelor's of science in mathematics from U-M and spent
two years in the Teach for America program in Camden, N.J. She is currently
working as a business analyst at Asurion in San Francisco.
An October wedding is planned at Temple Beth Ahm Yisrael in Springfield,
N.J.

Melissa received her bachelor's degree
from the Ohio State University and is
employed as an account executive at Cox
Reps.
Ryan received his bachelor's degree from
University of Maryland-Baltimore County
and is employed as a sales engineer at
Panasonic.
A September wedding is planned at Franklin Hills Country Club. The couple
reside in Birmingham.
