Mrs. Kramer was the beloved wife
of the late Joseph Greenberg and the
late Philip Kramer; the loving sister
of the late Avery Chaness; the dear
sister-in-law of the late Dina Chaness.
Contributions may be made to
the Birmingham Temple or a char-
ity of one's choice. Interment was at
Machpelah Cemetery. Arrangements
by Ira Kaufman Chapel.

SOPHIA LIVSHITS, 88, of
Southfield, died Oct. 30, 2012.
She is survived by her son and
daughter-in-law, Dr. Yefim and Marina
Levy of Commerce Township; daugh-
ter and son-in-law, Polina and Yury
Goldman of West Bloomfield; sister,
Bella Pildus of Israel; grandchildren,
Boris and Irina Goldman, Vadim
and Rita Goldman, Dr. Gary and
Olga Levy; great-grandchildren, Izik
Goldman, Sophia Goldman, Michael
Goldman, Adam Levy, Alexander
Levy.
Mrs. Livshits was the beloved wife
of the late Lazar Livshits.
Services and interment were
held at Clover Hill Park Cemetery
in Birmingham. Arrangements by
Hebrew Memorial Chapel.

SAMUEL BEN
MATHEWS, 74, of
Deerfield Beach,
Fla., died Nov. 4,
2012.
He is survived by
his beloved wife,
Sima Mathews of
Mathews
Deerfield Beach;
daughters and sons-in-law, Stella and
Dan (also known as his best friend)
Grubner, Michelle and William
Larocque, Dorit Mathews, Deanna
and Ira Kleiman; sons, Michael
Mathews, Joseph Mathews; grand-
children, Eliana and Olivia Larocque,
Jacob and David Kleiman.
Samuel was the father of the late
Daniel J. Mathews and the brother of
the late Moshe Matisof.
Contributions may be made to
the Leukemia Lymphoma Society
or to the Juvenile Diabetes Research
Foundation. Interment was at Adat
Shalom Memorial Park in Livonia.
Arrangements by Dorfman Chapel.
