Equilibrium Pilates Studio has

opened a second studio at
Franklin Athletic Club
dedicated solely to Pilates
built on a philosophy that
fitness should be fun. The
environment at Equilibrium is
one of encouragement and lightheartedness. Their-
mission is to have every client leave feeling a little taller, a
little stronger, and of course happier.

Equilibrium instructors are the best in the Midwest, and all
are expertly trained and certified. They are also
friendly, approachable and willing to help you
in any way they can. Equilibrium's mission is
to empower people to lead a healthier
and happier lifestyle through Pilates.

Every Yoga Shelter
class is designed to
enhance the body's
performance through
building strength and
toning the muscles,
SHELTER
while at the same
time relieving stress and tension through positive
messaging and deep breathing. The classes are set to
music; with playlists that are eclectic, uplifting and
relatable - each teacher helps create a light, fun, and
energizing atmosphere. One of the goals at the FAC is to
help members find something that truly resonates
with each individual to help unlock their
true potential, and Yoga Shelter is
happy to share in that mission!

All of the Yoga Shelter classes at
Franklin are free to FAC
members and available to
current Yoga Shelter students.
In turn, any FAC members
who wish to discover more of
what the Yoga Shelter has to
offer can purchase a
membership at the studios at
a discounted rate.

Starting this month, Equilibrium has
added Power Matwork classes to
the club schedule so that all
members can benefit from the
benefits of STOTT PILATES at no
additional cost.

Michaeli in February 2007. Since then,
The Michigan Center for Capoeira has
been working hard to promote the art of
